Thank you syntheticvoid (I really like your tunes by the way.), I'm really delighted with the way the game has turned out. I'm still addicted to it, much to the annoyance of my fiance. Going through some final testing of the game and will be ready to submit today or tomorrow. I'm also in the final throes of completing a trailer for the game, which I'll post here when it is finished. For now, I'll post what (I think) will be the screenshots which will accompany the release on iTunes.
Gunxsword, apologies, I had some family commitments, which meant I could not dedicate my time to the game to make sure everything was perfect. I am very proud of the game, and want to release it as soon as I can. Expect a release probably next Thursday. Fingers crossed. Touching wood.
Truth to be told, I'm actually quite happy that it will be released later than earlier I'm currently overloaded with school assignments for the week

Syntheticvoid, thank you for your kind words, I'm still a little peeved with the final quality, as I couldn't get the action as smooth as it is even on an iPod touch 2nd gen. I just don't get on favourably with certain media programs it seems.
Yeah... I've been talking to Sanuku - the guys who posts all the HD vids in the threads here... and he has spent quite a while getting just the right set-up for capturing video... and he still has problems with it... But it is great to hear that it runs well on 2nd gen! Should help with sales if lower-end devices can run your game! =oD
Hopefully, when your a lone indie developer, I think it probably helps to spread your net as wide as possible. Should be submitting the game within the next few hours.
Unfortunately, submitting doesn't mean releasing, but as long as you save one of your US dollars for another week, I'll be a happy man ;-) Edit:- And I'm going to have to talk to Sanuku about his black video magic Very smooth set up
Just waiting for Apple to approve, hopefully soon. I'll let you know when they give the go ahead, and when Explodables will be available to explode onto your iDevice. Do you know how hard it's been avoiding dreadful puns throughout this thread, and BOOM, I go and spoil it right at the last. Still, this game will be a blast to play, it is dyn-o-mite. I'm going to stop.
It's scheduled for a Thursday release, but until I get the nod from Apple, I would say more likely the week after, which is something I'd prefer not to do. But it's kind of out of my hands
