Spore, back when it was $10, but there wasn't near as many good games out then so it was worth it.

 

I don't know my first free game but I do know my first bought game. Crash Kart.

 

Tetris. It was by accident too. I didn't even have my iPhone yet. So then I had to get one or it would have been a waste of $10.
