    Looks very good. But, You want truth? I think You should more time spend on plane model, for example better reflections, more triangles. Because when you play the game, you always see your plane.

    with there be pedestrians and other vehicles to avoid or interact with?

    Unfortunately there won't be pedestrians or vehicles. The city is so detailed that were pushing the iPhone/iPad as far as we can. You will notice street signs, bus stops, etc. It's pretty fun to try to land on the streets and buildings.

    Will this work on the iPod Touch 4? Looks very impressive.

    Yeah, it's supposed to run extremely well on iPhone 4 so it should run well on the iPod touch. Impressive indeed.

    Sorry to propose an anti-thesis but, iPod touch (iTouch?) 4 has half the ram of an iPhone 4 so that could be a source for concern (read: crashes).
    An example would be Ravenmark. The game would run fine in retina on iPhone 4 but would crash on iPod 4 because the retina graphics were too much for the device's ram to handle.
