I'm a bit surprised by how well the 2D map integrates with the 3D buildings. I was expecting something more, awkward I guess. Keep up the great work!
It will just be Las Vegas, the city is enormous. Yes, we're working on adding the models that were mentioned in the original post.
Unrelated but is the first one set in Chicago because on the loading screen it shows the Chicago skyline by the in game city hears little resempblence to my hometown
The new plane is awesome. Have you guys ever been to Chicago before? Anyways I like the first game's city a lot. What would you say the chances are that there will be a flight unlimited 3?
I have been to Chicago, great place. You will find that Flight Unlimited Las Vegas is quite realistic. The major hotels are all modeled to specifications and we use real satellite imagery. You will also find that the performance is about 50% faster than the current Flight unlimited. We model the cities before we actually start work on the game development. Right now we're currently modelling San Francisco for Flight Unlimited 3, but, Chicago is a good candidate for Flight Unlimited 4. The modelling process typically takes a few months but it depends on the size of the city. Thanks, Todd
Wow great news about Flight Unlimited 3. I would be in heaven if Chicago was flight unlimited 4 because, well, it's my favorite city in the world (but of course I may have a strong bias being as I was born there). As long as you guys keep making flight unlimited games I'll keep buying them. Suggestion for #3 I not already in #2 add Multiplayer!
