Greetings... Let me contribute my first post on the forum with some statistics on getting ships in the game. The first 2 are battleships LK DorZ and LK DorZ II Ship: LK DorZ (Battleship) Location: Lightgana Price: 38,330,000 Iron: 8740 Copper: 13110 Carbon: 21,850 (Mission: Kalcenaonal --> Lightgana to rob fleet of Carbon) Ship: LK DorZ II (Battleship) Location: Lightgana Price: 78,660,000 Iron: 8740 Copper: 17,480 Carbon: 61,180 (Mission: Kalcenaonal --> Lightgana to rob fleet of Carbon) I shall leave out the stats of the ships since you will be able to view them when you reach the designated star port. Enjoy..
Thanks Oracle. I actually finished the storyline today. I have 2xBS(LK DorZ I's) and 1xCS. The last wave of 3xBCs was intense. Just takes timing and patience. Not sure what I'm going to do now. Thought about working up to a fleet of 3xBCs. Overall my impressions of the game are kind of mediocre. Battles and travel are monotonous, and the story is hard to follow due to poor translation. I ended up skipping past most of the dialog. It is what it is I guess, and I suppose I got my money's worth out of it. I don't feel there's much replay value in it as everything is fixed.
Hi Evilmonkee, You are right about gameplay being monotonous. After much attempt during dogfight, it seems that other Han superior firepower that comes with larger fleet, the other approach is to run and lure the enemies to chase after you (which hey never are able to catch up). While being pursued, your wingmen will slowly take them out. Direct confrontational approach with 3 waves will only wear your own ship out quickly. I am now just trying to clear all uncleared mission for the fun of it before calling it a day with this game. Like u put it, making my money worth. Cheers, Oracle0711
hi guys,i'm new here btw i agree with you oracle well, you can finish the storyline using 1x Nightmare II,1x Dominions II,and 1x Orphanim II xD~
Yep, just like I said, it takes timing and patience. I would always hang around just outside of firing range, always with a full charge. Then I would swoop in, but not too fast as I would already start to turn away when in firing distance. Three ships firing at you will drain your capacitor very quickly so you want to make sure that you can get out of range quickly. I would do as much damage as I could with lasers and shield breakers on a single target, and then head out of range again to recharge. You always have to make sure to hit that shield button quickly as soon as you get the caution warning, every time. It's better to just spam shields without firing a shot and wait until you are recharged to go back in, than just trying to duke it out. This especially against the bigger ships like DS/BS/BC. Against 3xBC this process can take awhile but if you just have patience and good timing with the shields and recharge, it can be done easily without taking any damage.
BS. This game is unbalanced almost like real life. You may complete all the storyline having 2x destroyers and a fregate as your flagshit (roru) How to take down a transport - close in, tap shield, tap charge then go all out. How to take down a manowar - close in, tap shield, tap charge - repeat until it starts charging, then go all out, repeat until target hp = 0. How to take down a number of vessels - start running away and let the rest of your fleet do the job (the tarded AI will engage ONLY the flagshit, keep it secure at a huge distance from the battlefield). So basically this game is about two things - ALWAYS keep your energy at max (with a bit of luck you can win 1vs3) and stay away from where there are more than two enemies. Grinding for money is BS again - there are missions that give you > 5m, which are easy as pie. The pain in the ass is gathering resources for huge vessels - but then again that's a problem of developers who - i think - wanted to make the game longer. Overall score is 2 of 5. If you're looking for a decent handheld space rpg, try galaxy on fire. Seriously. Peas.
quick fix - the enemies will engage the toughest ship of your fleet, not the flagship. so you have to make your flagship the toughest one and you're there
could you possibly add the stats of the ships?, because it's annoying that you can't compare your current ships side by side with ships your buying
Hello Everyone, I've been playing this game since it's been released and have found it to be an entertaining game until the end of the storyline then it gets boring. I've used this thread to get some information about the game before and have been looking at the new posts now and then. So I decided to write up some more information about the game and post it to help everyone out. More information will be added as I keep writing it up. So if the info you need isn't up reply and ask for it or wait a bit.
