I have already said it elsewhere, But it couldn't hurt to repeat it: I want to see ports of the PC RPG and adventure classics: the Ultimas (including Ultima Underworlds), the Wizardries, the Might and Magics, the Jagged Alliances, the Fallouts, the Elites, the Broken Swords, the Gabriel Knights, the Monkey Islands, Full Throttle, The Grim Fandango, etc. I also wish to see ports of indie games made by Jeff Vogel - he already develops for the Mac, so it shouldn't be all that difficult, right? I'd also love a DnD RPG (even ports of the Gold Box games), but it is probably even more of a pipe dream than all the rest. And finally, ports of great Japanese games for the DS - Chrono Trigger, turned-based tactics games, Professor Layton, maybe one of the Final Fantasies, etc.
Regarding Chronotron: FYI, I know the developer from a messageboard he frequents, and he currently has a DS version looking for a publisher. I've encouraged him to make an iPhone version as well You can follow the dev on Twitter if you want: http://twitter.com/Chronotron
Not sure if anyone here is aware of it but here's my wish game, which I think would work great with the iPhone interface. Any one of the Princess Maker series would bring back childhood memories. fyi Apparently there's PSP versions of the game. http://www.gamertell.com/gaming/comment/important-importables-reasons-to-love-princess-maker/
wich game How about something like freestyle biking or motorcycle, in 2D, something like Bike or Die 2 but where you do lots of tricks and freestyle stuff, on ramps, verts, pipes, rails etc etc . I think it could be great. update: the title, was WISH game.
I want sims for the iphone!i know many consider that game gay but it really kept me entertained for hours!!!! The sims castaway for the psp was rather good.
That would be awesome, it is one of my absolute all time favourites. And if you could play it online, I would even pay alot for it. Id also loved to have a thing like the flash game defend your castle (funny like hell with the touchscreen).
Since when has Mortal Kombat been a "good" fighting game? Popular, sure. Good? Hell no. King of Fighters. Street Fighter II. Samurai Shodown. Darkstalkers. Guilty Gear. Those are good fighting games. Mortal Kombat is horribly broken. Horribly broken. Even stuff like Killer Instinct had a better engine. Ah well, opinions....
BTW, as I've stated several times before, I wish Konami and Kojima had released this (translated, of course): It'd be much better, IMHO, than what they have planned for MGS Touch. Hopefully that does well, though, enough for them to take their heads out of their hindquarters and finally release this game outside of Japan fully translated. I'll even accept just subtitled. Seriously. WTF, Kojima? Do it already!
