Like I said in the sale thread for GTA VC, I am not a fan of crime sims, this one doesn't look to great anyway. But, if I were to try any crime sims, GTA would be a much better start, am I right?
Can we focus on the game, not another graphics fight? I hope they have swords. And maybe dinos. Or at least miami's gators.
Lol it's a CG trailer. Everything was digital. Just like the opening cinematics Gameloft games used to have.

Pause at 00:12 in the video, all the signs say gameloft, but more interestingly, it says on one sign: "available..." With some blurred writing underneath, can anyone read it? I wonder if its a clue
They care about the franchises that they can't milk. I'd actually be okay with an F2P Modern Combat, as long as it was multiplayer-oriented exclusively, and gave everyone a fair chance to get all the weapons, just like in Hawken and Tribes.
IMO even MC4 wasn't fair. People could buy their way because unlocks (except perks) weren't unlocked by ranking up.
The guns were very well balanced though Plus you earn cash lickety-split. I redownloaded today to hoard a little credits for the update, and I went from 30k to 110k in less than an hour of playing. Considering that the most expensive gun is only 90k, with most around 30-50k, it's very reasonable IMO. Wonder how the IAP will be implemented here. If it's the same an in Rio then I'm mostly fine with it.
No problem with how guns were balanced, it was better than MC3, but the only way to earn exp was to play "ranked", which was filled with high rank guys with powerful weapons and such. That was my main problem with the game. But well, I think this is a bit off-topic. I didn't have any problems with Rio's IAP though, but I also didn't like a lot that game. GTA III and VC were way better IMO. I hope this new Gangstar game will change that.
