i just wish Rockstar would confirm the release date. I don't care if I have to wait till Dec 21 but just not knowing when it's coming out is killing me.
My #1 concern is the combat system. Please please please use multiple control options! A) One like the original PC version with free aiming. Use optional gyro and aim assist B) Lock on aiming like Gangstar 3 did (only thing it got right) C) Full auto aim like GTA 3 had, for those who don't want control over their combat This is probably my only wish for the game, otherwise keep it the same! Oh yeah, updates graphics and poly count for characters would be sweet, but the combat system is so much more important.
I did like the aiming in gangstar 3 better than the GTA3 port. About the only thing I liked more though. Both were very fun games!
The fact that Gangstar somehow managed a 12+ rating with the absolutely ridiculous amount of casual in-game profanity as well as 10+ times every cutscene and sexual references galore compared to GTA's almost completely clean script slapped a 17+ continues to astound me to this day. And then Apple rejects Deadzone because a gun is named the "shitstorm"?

The problem with the release date is I will be busy playing MC4 by then. However, I am very much looking to the release, I played the GTA 3 port until I got 100% completion.
I'm curious to see how they improved the aim system, because in GTA3 the aim made the game almost unplayable! There was a mission where I had to kill some armed guys and the auto-aim target everyone else but the guys shooting at me. Hell, there was even a moment when there were nobody on the streets anymore, save for this last armed guy and the aim still didn't targeted him...he was alone...in front of me...and I was shooting sideways into nothing...yeah, I died!
I'm overloaded with games, like most everyone else... but I'll find a way to make time for VC when it releases.
Can't wait! I was thinking it was going to be like GTA III, A mid-December release, Early December sounds great! I already deleted FIFA (which was 1.3 GB) to make some space, Doubt it'll take that much though.
