Agreed the chart looks really suspicious. As for #'s, we've had an app hit top 10 free in HK and that's ~6000 downloads. I suspect top 10 paid is 1/100 of that so prob ~50-100 downloads is enough for paid top 10. it could be fake downloads but not fake reviews cuz looking at their hk store, there's no reviews showing lol.
