What scares me is that the anticipation of playing Minigore might prove to be more fun than actually playing it. Come on, I know we've all had that. You know, get hyped up, game finally released, game turns out to be rubbish. Happens all the time.
One ... meelion ... carbon credits. *pinkie* But would someone mind telling me what it is about Minigore that's causing morans to post dumbassed hoax threads about its release? It's like it's reached cult status and it isn't even out yet.
I love the Minigore thread!! And I just can't wait for all the kids to start crying when the game doesn't meet their unrealistic expectations. Now, that's gonna be fun! Get your kleenex ready!
The thing is that the most vocal worshippers at the non-existent Minigore shrine won't ever admit that it didn't meet these ridiculous expectations. As I said earlier, I'm going to get it, and I imagine it will be fun, but I just don't see why it's generating this out of proportion hype.
Yeah. It's not like it's Enviro-Bear or anything... I mean, I dunno. It looks like it'll be entertaining and stylishly designed and rather visceral in that miniaturized Serious Sam horde battles kind of way, but I just don't know what the humongous deal is.
The more I hear about it the less I like the game actually. Don't like overhyped games - too many examples.
lol by posting this thread, you are making us hear more about minigore more excited about Archangel actually, 0.99 too i think...
I agree. He just doubled the hype about this game.. oops. Seriously where is the hype other than that one thread?
I'm just waiting for someone to start a "Who's sick of hearing about how people are sick of hearing about MiniGore?" That's gonna be the thread to end all threads. I predict that TouchArcade will implode when it hits 666 posts. Anyone wanna test the theory?
It's now IMPOSSIBLE for Minigore to live up to the ridiculous amount of hype created by a combination of impatient iGamers, and what seems like a ridiculously long approval process. It will be fun, but for no more than a few minutes at a time. Of course, there will be those STUBBORN Minigore worshippers who'll NEVER admit that the game is not a gift from God himself. In the end, it'll be Mini-Snore zzzzzzz
