Okay, seriously. I do not intend to take a picture of the user without their consent. The inclusion of the user's image makes sense within the game's context. You are yourself. It's a game where you are 'decking' into your local government's infrastructure to accomplish a personal goal. What that goal is will be determined by the actions of the player, and alluded to occasionally by a cast of characters that address the user with a nickname chosen upon opening the application for the first time. Think of something along the lines of Facade, with hacking, and gameplay. The crash, whether it be real or simulated, would be ludicrously obvious, going so far as to have the application 'bug out' visually before crashing/faking a crash.
I has the hacker...made a printout of some screens using a dot-matrix printer, and convinced a school-friend that I had hacked into the Defense Dept. or something of that nature. Kid grew up to become a cop. Color me shocked. /sarcasm
