Decided to pick this up based on the positive impressions here. Seems like a very polished game but think I'm not quite understanding the gravity mechanics. Already having problems just getting past the second level that I thought was still the tutorial.
From what I gathered is the right side of the screen is used to manipulate gravity. For instance move up (on the right side) moves your character up. The tutorial or lack there if could help, but no penalty for dying
Yeah, but just on the second level you kind of (I think) need to switch gravity while falling to get through it. And it does not seem to allow you to do that using the right side after the first change.
You can't change gravity while falling. But you can move. Look for areas without spikes and plan your path.
That's right, while switching gravity and falling press "right" on the left d-pad to avoid the initial spikes.
