Damn I thought there was some actual news on the game. Guess I'll still be waiting another few months. Last I heard chillingo had the us rights to the game.
no, consider this one dead. But on the bright side, if you watch the new wild blood trailer you can spot some uncanny similarities with this game... the spin move is kinda a give away. I'm starting to think that GL bought the rights from chillingo and used the assets for Wild Blood.
Maybe the sales wasn't good in China or the customer feedback was very bad and so Chillingo has to wait for a lot stuff to fix or saw that this game isn't good and at the end cancel it... Who knows..
lol... besides the fun, don't forget that Chillingo has publish Anomaly Warzone.. Anyway, as a company has high standards for their profit, so if something went wrong with the Chinese version maybe this is the reason for the delay... Also with games like Orc, Wild Blood and of course IB: Dungeons the competition for Infinity God will be HUGE..
Orc vengeance isn't anywhere near this genre. One is a dungeon crawler (with no loot and annoying touch controls) and one is a god of war-esque hack n slash.
I put it in the team because of the fantasy theme and the overall feeling and not because of the genre... As you said with not a lot of loot, the feeling that ORC left me was more something like an diablo-hack'n'slash game.
Somebody in this thread has played it and actually enjoyed it, so there can't be to much to fix. It's a finished product that's sitting on a damn shelf, while it would be only profit if they released it. SMH. I mean anything could be going on so I shouldn't rush to conclusions but if this game is just sitting on a hard drive somewhere then it's really sad.
Well said. At least we'll have wild blood for our hack n slash needs, but somehow I suspect that this might be superior...
News on the localization? Sorry if im bumping to many old threads, i was checking my follow list and I havent heard from most of these.
