Yeah, but content-wise can it stand the comparison with the XBLA/PSN/PC game ?

it would be diablo and tombraider having a baby - but its a dual stick shooter, and there are traditional puzzles and dufficult bosses :p

if anyone needs a guide there is only 1 place to get it: http://tombraiders.net/index.html

The contents are exactly the same, all levels are here, all challenges , weapons, relics... Complete with offline and online mutliplayer.

Though there's no retina support (graphics are good but a bit blurry on my 4g) and the jump animation is kinda weird ;)
Controls are spot on despite the numerous interactions and gameplay features.
    Oh and no multitasking....

Instant buy. But one of the disadvantages of Lara Croft games to me is that during the cut scenes, I zone out into her b00bs. :D

No retina display support? Well that's disappointing. With so many other games to play, I won't be buying this until it gets updated with retina display or goes on sale.

If it's a port, it doesn't necessarily need retina display. This game is gorgeous on the 360/PS3

Well it's clearly not the engine for the xbla version though the level design is the same.

I loved this on XBLA. I might buy it, but then again, I have it on XBLA, so I'm not sure I really need to play through it again. Great game, though, if you haven't played it yet. It did seem like a game that would translate well to iOS.
