I can't wait for 2.0! Although, I am wondering why did you not just give out promo codes to the new team mates? Unless of course you are out...
Haha, yes I was out unfortunately. I would normally use testflightapp.com but it's always a chore getting things on there so laziness got the best of me. Won't happen again! Leo
Nah. Let's just say you were confused that your cat accidentally stepped onto the "free" button while you were just logged into the Appstore's developer section. That sounds much nicer. Say, will this update be free for the customers of v1.0? If so, please add a little "donate-a-buck"-button somewhere in the app. I appreciate your love and devotion to this game and it looks fantastic... so I would be happy to press that button right after the update was released. P.S.: The upcoming fanservice is nice, too... I wish that every game has 95% boobed girls with stockings and uniforms.
Unrelated presumption: this game's combat system will blow Battleloot Adventure's one out of the water. Kickstarter comment: soundtrack... soundtrack...sound...track... No credit card. DAMMIT! Can you add a link in the game to purchase the soundtrack separately?
You also haven't read one single wird in this thread; otherwise, you wouldn't leave such a stupid comment. You seem to have no clue about the highly polished v2.0. Leo is a really nice and devoted dev and I am glad he's around. This game is neither free nor available at the moment. Why don't you go and troll someone else?
Agreed. I would really like to see some kind of donate option. I managed to get this game for free so I would like to donate a couple of bucks. Keep up the good work!
Obligation to Kickstarters? Leo, Question --> if the game you made with money from Kickstarter is now off the AppStore, how is it fair to the folks that paid either for the $1 game &/or for Kickstart of the game? I guess my point is --> if Kickstarters back the game, why not just leave it up for free & let them play it? They paid for it, no? This game points out one aspect of Kickstarter (& crowdfunding) that disturbs me -- backers put up their funds, but may not get what they think they're paying for (or even anything at all). In the case of this game, despite the fact you're making a 2.0 version, it seems the original backers (who put up $5k+) might be disturbed that the game they were into got pulled...? Then again, I haven't read the backer threads so I could be wrong on that guess...?
Hi, Some interesting thoughts here but I think you have it mixed up. Kickstarter did not fund the first game. The 5k raised from the first kickstarter is also funding the new game. The first game came out January 2011 and the first kickstarter campaign was on November 2011. Thanks, Leo
Hate when this or the main thread is bumped. Always gets my hopes up that the re-release is up! Still looking forward to it....
It probably won't be for a while yet. Their Kickstarter ends today, and has made about 5X their goal, which results in 3 extra playable characters on top of their previous requests for Unity Pro licenses. The listed estimated delivery time is October.
Thanks for this, strivemind. Let's me worry less about constantly checking the thread for news... DBC
