I'm wondering, there's quite many hybrid space-shooter/trading with a sort of story games, and it's not easy to pick one. Any suggestion? And why your suggestion?
Thanks for the replies everyone, some of the games listed look very interesting. I'm considering Solipskier, Canabalt, Ninjatown and Oddy Smog... I'll probably pick up two of them later. Still don't know which ones though. Tilt to Live really does look like a fun game, but I have to say, I don't think it's for me; I don't like tilting as a control method in general. Well, thanks again!
Never heard of little things but the incident is without a doubt the most amazing gameplay from a 'get higher' game on the app store.
I have all of the ones you listed and their all addicting in their own way! At first I thought that the controls in tilt to live would be an issue but, honestly, they weren't. You will be so immersed in the game that you won't notice ,and out of the five it has the most bang for your $3 but go with what you want, whether that's a running (or skiing) or jumping up or avoiding and killing red dots!
Thanks I didn't knew it, interesting pick, 10 hours gameplay is rather surprising for such game, that catch my curiosity, and the user review is rather enthusiastic. More suggestions welcome, I remind:
I clocked up 7+ hours in the last 4 days with Space Miner. Its easily the best iGame I've played so far.
My word, my Battle Bears senses have dulled. I didn't even feel ninjackid's BB-1gland-diddln until this morning and for that I apologize. Usually my ability to shamelessly promote BATTLE BEARS -1 is a bit sharper. The answer is this: NO! It will be 99 cents as long as we can still stuff our faces with nutrients bearing an at least Taco Bell like resemblance to food. Once we're forced to contest the neighborhood squirrels for their vittles we may have problems BUT, for now, 99 cents. 99 cents forever, for now.
Yes!! This answers my question, and this news is a joy for me, as I am a very cheap guy and I love to buy such sweet games at .99 cents. So thanks!
Like Derek said get Space Miner. The game is well worth it and will provide lots of entertainment. It might sound like it will get old and dull fast just firing at astroids and mining ore but the story keeps you entertained as well as all the upgrades you can get for your ship. I really enjoyed the game and played it through a few times so far, actually I just started another play through last night.
I got a 15 dollar itunes giftcard. I think I'll only buy one for now, I need to ration it Suggestions please.
