I would prefer people actually give reasons for why they like or dislike games. I'd hate to see people miss out on quality titles like Wesnoth or Crimson Gem Saga just because someone realized it takes more than 5 minutes to beat and got bored. I know $.99 casual titles are all the rage around here, but some people really are looking for higher quality gaming options.
Calm down. ChrisL hasn't done anything wrong, you are just being stupid. edit - nevermind, you're in time-out now, which is what you deserve.
No, it's not. That's like saying that 200 pounds of rotting beef is more appetizing than two cookies. No matter how long it takes to eat, it's obvious which will deliver more enjoyment.
I think he was meaning to say that saying game y is worse than game x because it offers more content, rather than how fun they actually are, is retarded It's like saying this one humoungous cookie is worse than those two smaller cookies only because it's bigger and takes longer to eat.
Boasting about how many hours of gameplay is in a TBS game is irrelevant because each "round" of gameplay takes forever to finish. Each to his/her own I guess. To me TBS games are about as fun as watching ice melt. I have literally fallen asleep waiting for the computer finish their turn in games /yawn.
Eh, I think it's more like saying that a case of sushi is worse than a pack of skittles. The candy can be enjoyed by everyone and will immediately get a positive reaction, while sushi is an acquired taste, but to the people that do get to like it, the sushi will be much more valuable. Analogies FTW!

I'm looking for an RPG similar to the Elder Scrolls games (I'm thinking of Oblivion for the PS3 specifically) that has a storyline but you can go off and do other stuff too.
