I'm going on a trip tomorrow and I'd like a game that's fun and can last a decent amount of time. Ironically I'm asking something super similar to the person above me, as I only have 99c at the moment. I have no clue what to get. I'm possibly thinking of Catapult King, Plague Inc., Sky Safari. But I dunno....
From the ones you mention I suggest Plague Inc. But you can actually get three great games that have just become free. Mailmen, Tower of Fortune and Ballistic SE. ToF and Ballistic I already had before the sale and are exactly what you're looking for: fun and they last more than a decent amount of time.
Loved Sky Safari, but once I finished it, it was gone -- no updates, unfortunately. Plague is morbidly addictive. It's not one of those games you necessarily feel good about playing, but it's hella difficult to put down. Catapult King I was simply not a fan of. The idea is cool -- basically Angry Birds in 3D -- but in execution it ain't great, and the presentation is pretty ho-hum.
Is UNO (by Gameloft) worth the buck? I'm a fan of the original card game, but a few reviews complained about the new IAP and how the game became pay-to-win. For those of you that have the app, is it true?
Umadbr0? I mention it when people ask for RPG's or games that last long, or have replay value. It's an amazing game.
Thank you. I suggest all types of games. (I'm not spamming, I'm helping people pick out something I believe they would enjoy). If anything you both are "spamming", by typing irrelevant post that have nothing to do with helping anyone, or contains anything that relates to this thread.../ EDIT: Just checked this out... (doesn't that seem like "spam"?)
Thanks about the Dungeon Raid recommendation it's addictive, btw do you recommend me Max Payne? Or should I just search for another kind of game?
No problem man, glad you're enjoying it. Max Payne is good, with the exception of the sometimes clunky controls. It's also level-based. If you're looking for a game that has replay value, have you checked out either of the GTA games? Chinatown Wars and GTA:3 Of the two, I would recommend Chinatown Wars. I think the controls are better suited for the touchscreen.
Yeah I have both, they're great games I prefer Chinatown wars, and I'm looking a cheap game with great duration I've only 5 bucks left, so can you help me? I really appreciate your help
Try Defender Chronicles 2 (currently $2.99) and Pocket Planes (Free). Both offer a ton of replayability and are solid games to have (see thread links in my sig for more info).

Yeah, Ichi is awesome. Has a level creator and user-created levels. Same goes for Bike Baron. Ski Safari is really good if you want a new endless runner type.
As shocking as it may sound, I have never played a game by Square Enix and am looking for a starting point. Which of their games would you recommend starting with? Price does not matter.
