Hmm i haven't yet gotten a hitcher or a coolaidstyle cannon but anything decent for a lvl 11 is fine.

I've got a level 6 coolaidstylecannon (107.3 dam and +1.1 agility), level 8 fire crossbow (104.4 dam and +1 vampiric), level 11 katana (234.1 dam and +2.0 draining), level 8 phaser (90.5 dam), and a level 10 micro grenade (113.2 dam) in terms of weapons. You want armor too?
All the weapons i have are about on par or stronger than the ones you listed, except the katana i think its a bit stronger than my other lazer sword. And i could use some armor as most of my current armor is a low level or poor stuff from the shop. EDIT: just checked and my lazer sword/axe are both about even with the katana + they look cool lol You have anything else? (doesnt have to be a weapon)
