Well, the game will definitely not be finished in 2013 Q1. Don't worry, there will be more and more info as the release draws nearer.
Hey This game hat potencial. I hope the attacks will ALL have Animation like this Roaaar or Scratch thingy. If only a few attacks will have real animation i wont be motivated to play this cause there are better pokemon-games on ios that have rly nice attack animations which im playing right now. Graphics have to be superbe if any Game want to stay a long time existing.
I'm not in charge of the attack animations, but we are aiming to animate the attacks. Please remember that any footage at this stage is not final footage. The battle screen for example looks now better than it does in the old screenshots. I find it very interesting that you decide what to play based on the attack animations, though! Just remember that this game will have an overworld and a story with lots of memorable characters, too. It's not only about battling.
I cant play a game only cause of his story or world...the animation is the thing it let me play 6-8 hours a day. Its like a movie for me a good movie has to have good animations. As i said i play and buy for any good game with good graphics and animations and i hope you will do that can you post some screenshots or video??? Thx
I wont play zenforms or micromon cause their graphics and style is no go for me. And we dont talk about em - this thread has only one Topic and that is monimals ! I wont say here what games i play cause it would be bad influence for this Game. I wait for screenshot and videos to see further Process of this game.
Yes it does just like the free to play minimon or whatever( not saying its bad) I would love to play monimals and micromon both
I feel that Monimal has a realistic look, while Micromon is more tile-like, and the monsters are a little more cartoon-ish. I don't why we are comparing Minimon, but that game is just pixelated, in my opinion. All three looks great though.

Looks like a good game, I agree that it needs battle animations. It will be repetitive and boring if the monsters just move right to left with every attack. Remember, it's the small refined details that make a product good. For example, the little things on an iPhone such as a smooth virtual flipping page transition on books really sets it apart from other phones. Also, should be a flee button for battle. And the trainers should be animated as well. Hoping to see monsters of different rarity tiers, perhaps f2p game with in app purchases? Stick adds on it and nobody will want to play. Gl!
Side note: make it free so we can all get it te first day before Nintendo sends their Japanese gangsters yakuza after you.
