Honestly I don't know I think I saw on twitter from the other guy who got a copy that it has AirPlay that's all I know

Haven't played it that much to really compare it just yet but I like what I see I definitely think it is better then Nova 2. Storyline is definitely much better and lots of voice overs. It does lack the arrow which helped you find the direction to go in, it does show you the next location with a distance tracker but it can be confusing to find at times.. but that's not really a bad thing just more exploring to do. Controls are perfect, graphics are very nice on par with the other games, weapons are all the same, so are the powers so far. Overall I think its a great sequel to NOVA 2, definitely worth the buy
Assuming.. I don't see them giving it away any earlier. Plus I am pretty sure they did this type of thing once before and the game came out the same week.

The multiplayer mode in the videos makes me want to get it for sure. Maybe I should play the first two I bought first though . This is is getting me interested enough to do so.
Game will cost $6.99. It only works on iPod Touch 3rd and 4th gen. As for iCloud haven't seen anything in the game about it will look around
