Just found out if you want to turn of global chat etc then just hold your finger on the icon for about two second. Much better.
Hodapp: I told you this wasn't a BETA Yet, you stood by telling us otherwise without ANY facts. But, I was the one being wildly speculative?
Any more video footage of classes in action or well anything? watched the videos in this thread already and hunger for more!
The fact is that it was a trial release to see how their infrastructure holds up. Call it whatever you want, but this isn't really cause to be so incredibly butthurt over it.
No mention of instancing/raiding/dungeons. I don't know how long I can quest over and over. I hope there's at least some content where organized groups need to be formed (ie: tank/crowd control/healer/dps/etc) in order to progress/get epic l00tz.
Usually when you stand by a claim, you have facts to support them. My point was you were announcing to the public forums blindly that it was a beta, when that wasn't true. You know what assumptions do.
Working for me with 3G Unrestrictor BTW i'm lvl 10 as an old hardcore WoW player i found it quite easy, crafting sounds nice and i actually have 2 plate pieces. I tried both on iPad 1 and iPhone 4 (the first with Personal Hotspot and the second with 3G unrestrictor and they work both). I haven't understood what the cap is; i'd say lvl 40 but i see npc of lvl 60 that could hint to a later improve. The skull icon on map could be dungeons but i haven't been there yet. On LVL 10 i'm in cliffwatch and till now i haven't spent any point in talents due the huge amount of gold needed to respec. I only noticed few players on Hall of Blades (EU)
My facts are that this is how releases work with many online games. I'm not sure why you're trying to split hairs here. It's incredibly pedantic to argue whether you'd call this a "beta," a "infrastructure test," or whatever else. I suggest finding something better to do with your time.
