You will eventualy get a way to save enywhere but that wont happen for a while now if only this game would come out in Europe does anybody know anything about it?
International version out now.. http://itunes.apple.com/nz/app/phantasy-star-ii-international/id387495989?mt=8
Its atill as great as i remember but i thought that there would be more people posting in this toppic is nobody playing this?
2 is probably the hardest rpg because theres a place when you get past the technology invasion that has REDICULOUS maze puzzles. it starts getting rediculous.. but you level up insanely fast. its around the time when you get the Sword of Nei. i refuse to pay 3 bucks for this cause i have an emulator and i can play all the genesis games for free.
Is anyone having the audio cut out for them? I'm not getting any music right now. I've restarted the app, quit the game and went back to the main menu, and none of that is working.
I'm wondering if it's not the game itself... The same thing just happened to me while playing Predators. I turned the volume up all the way and still didn't hear anything.
REALLY need some help here... I just did something super stupid and lost my saved games in Phantasy Star II! I accidentally loaded an older saved game than I wanted to load. So then I used my visiphone and noticed that it only allowed me to save, not to load. So then I hit menu and hit reset, thinking it would reset the "virtual" sega device. I didn't realize until too late that it was going to erase my saved games! (I saw it AS I hit the button, had COMPLETELY figured it was only going to reset the virtual hardware so I didn't even give it a thought as I hit the button). I had just backed up my iPhone to iTunes yesterday. Is there any way to get my saved games back? Thanks for any and all help, -Verxion
Bugs bugs bugs Has anyone else had any problems leveling up and not actually getting the techs the game says you have now acquired ("you have learned a new tech")?
Sega are amazingly lazy with their control schemes. They just slap the same old buttons right over 40% of the screen and rush the game out the door.
This is running perfect on my iPad mini 2 with a mfi controller. Been playing about a half hour. I think I am going to be playing this all day. Man I forogor how great these old games are.
For anyone following this thread a new discussion has been opened up for the Sega Forever version of Phantasy Star II. The new discussion thread can be found here: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=307898
