Just played for a few minutes online and I must say it seems like it will be very fun. I like the graphics it seems to have something special to it. So you don't control the shooting ? (I just played level 1) EDIT: I just played a bit more and this game is fantastic !!!! Instabuy And only $2.99 ? What a deal. This game could have easily been $4.99+
howd I get this already I'm in th us and it on mytouch I played first three levels it amazin but it only out in aus and nz so howd I get.
Ya I know, lets hope it's only because he's on his idevice that he's typing like that. To answer your question. You have to wait. 8pm pst/11pm est for it to get to the US store, time at which you can buy it and be happy.
Even though I live in Canada, I already bought the game from my Australian app store account. Playing it right now, the game runs well on my G2. There is some slowdown when there are too many plants/ zombies on screen, but it doesn't hurt the gameplay in anyway. Already on level 2-1, the first night time level. I've never played Plants Vs Zombies on PC, so this is a new experience for me, and I am enjoying it quite a bit.
No, you dont fire the peashooters and whatnot in your defense, they work like towers in other TD games But if you like the animations, the theme and WANNA shoot at the zombies yourself, I'll turn your attention to this game: Pro Zombie Soccer http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?threadid=29424 Same brilliant animator (Henrique aka Kikekun), great music and sound effects and in many ways it's own spin on the TD-genre just like PvsZ is Still playing the demo and looking as much forward to its release (end of March) as I do to tonights release of PvsZ IT'S SLAYING TIME! ... in a cutesie kinda way...
From what I have gathered, it is an exact port of the main game, and ONLY the main game (non of the minigames or the garden) but with a slight change to the layout. Whilst it has a slightly higher price tag, it has 4/5 of the content of the full $20, it's definitely worth it. EDIT: If you mean level content, then it's probrobly the same. The only thing they could change is order in which you unlock the plants tht can be used.
This was a nice surprise. I'm usually not a fan of these kind of games but Popcap really knows how to make fun games! Been playing for a little while now and it really sucks you in...I'm gonna buy it. Just wish they would have put the bowling in...that's damn fun! BTW Love the icon and the music is great too!
I'll be picking this up as soon as it's released through the U.S. store. I've never played the previous version (versions?), but this game looks like TONS of fun!
The trouble with PvZ is that Adventure mode is far, far too easy. I strolled through the PC version without dying once - I hope the iPhone version has been made harder. The only challenge/value came from the mini games, which seem to be missing.
