Well like I said, one power item on a parent will work. You can give the other parent an everstone or something so that you can pass on natures. The new system makes it so that three random IVS from either parents are guaranteed to pass though.

Trying to EV train a level 1 Cottonee. However, I'm switching out. If it's supposed to earn 5 EVs from another pokemon, how many does it get for switching out? Half? All?

Eh, wouldn't have mattered anyway. To get my planned moveset, I need to breed Umbreon, so yeah... I'll just keep it as a collector's Pokemon.
What the F***!? I have been waiting for four days and it still says that it is recharging It worked fine before-- I switched DS(s) but it should be at least two days before I can enter the Dreamworld again but now it's four days and counting. I wish the DS linking would be easier. Nintendo piece of sh*t hardware.
It seems more like an issue with dreamworld. I know other people have experienced this issue too and they said they had to wait like two weeks to get back on. I think it's a bug in the global link website which is pretty shitty considering they do maintenance like every freaking week for a whole day.
