Just saw the thread and tried the game. IAP a no- brainer with Anthony. Very fun game. Nice twist on solitaire. Perhaps one thing that may make things a little more true to poker? If you are holding an Ace, you can discard up to 4 cards. Nit-picky I know. Good luck. Hope it does well.

Hi, loving the game and got a little obsessed trying to get my mom's high score. The gameplay changes the more you play, you will see more things and strategies. From it's a luck game to almost the opposite. Playing in iPad Air and no problems with the controls. Actually I like it a lot. Landscape will be nice too. Thanks a lot for the game and good luck with the app stores!
Would you mind sharing some of your strategies? Seems primarily luck-based as far as stringing combos together.
It looks like it just luck but it's not just luck. The most important strategy of Politaire is the way player discard the right card and stack it back to the pile so they will come back later in the order of your discard to make higher hands or combo. :-( I don't know if my bad english works here.
I pay for the double deck and my high score is....nothing to write home about. I think clearing table is the first thing and I make pair (or two pairs if chance allows). I have tried straight but it is much harder.
I managed to trigger royal straight flush each time I play Politaire & now, I'm wanting to give it into a combo, and of course, I need to clear the table to get the score multiplier to max out my earning.
Just got that discarded cards go back in the deck! Don't recall whether tutorial said that... Recommend that it does!
It was explained in the tutorial but it's too much visible, I'll improve it in the next update. Having an option to reset tutorial is helpful also, I think!
Like Antony the dev wrote the main strategy is to choose when to discard. For example discard a 10, J and Q of hearts, then discard a pair and then discard a K and A of hearts. Keep playing and that discarded cards will appear to easily get a royal straight flush combo for 30000 points. If more pairs are in the middle then the combo will get a higher multiplier. And cleaning the table gets another multiplier so 100000 is not far. Hope that helps
