Looking at those reviews, I could not find a release date either. I think it will be this year. Let's just wait for TouchArcade's view.
I am pretty sure that somewhere here or in one of the videos, or maybe I just overheard it at E3, but this should be out this year.
MMORPG.com had a hands on with this and while they really enjoyed the game, they said the release date was LATE 2013! DARN!!
While this looks great. It looks like its a touch to move system which sucks...too much tapping. Hope they put an option for a joystick......looks like they may have plenty of time to do that lol.
I can understand touch to move being frustrating on the small iPhone screen, but I prefer it when it comes to the iPad. Touch controls allow me to comfortably hold the tablet with one hand (no matter how I'm standing/sitting/laying) and tap with the other. I find joystick/action button combo is uncomfortable for extended sessions with the iPad.
I don't see how having the option for both could hurt at all. Shouldn't take too much time to code it, in theory.
Hadn't seen the thread for this until now, and I'm all kinds of curious, too. Is this still in development? I certainly hope so.
Guys, the Launch Date was since the first Day 2013 so don`t expect anytime to hear from this soon because they are aiming to create the Diablo Killer App for Mobile Gaming.
Oh yeah, I know it will be a while before this comes out. I was just hoping for more tidbits of info to trickle out while we wait. I certainly have high hopes for this. They've hyped it up enough to make me believe they have a plan and can pull it off. It's a tall order, what they've set themselves up for, but they seem confident that they can deliver.
I am craving for news. I understand the game isnt ready til 2013, but i havent really had that Diablo-esque satisfaction from any of the iOS games so far.
