I beta tested a few others games but that was a while back so this question might be stupid I signed into testflight and connected my device but I can't see the game?!

Shows pistol, freezing gun with freezing grenade, AK-47 with grenade launcher, laser cannon with laser vertical laser flare and a little bit of shotgun fire. Good evening fellow gamers and forum members! Todays post is a little bit more about weapons. Im posting more screenshots and art concerning weapons that are already implemented in the beta. Updated the main post too. This Sunday we, mostly our design team, are going a short vacation to visit GamesCom in Cologne, drink some beer and eat tasty German sauerkraut with schweinshaxe in Munich. During this time youll probably receive an update to the beta with some new things. When we return well post some more. Until then Id like to ask you about a little favor. The favor I ask for is simple please tell us what weapons with which effects would you love to see implemented in our game. As you might already notice we are a bit crazy about weapons, so ideas of weapons that can do weird, fun things to enemies (that do not repeat planned weapon effects) are most welcome. What we have done already: 1) Knife (upgrades to a katana sword) 2) Pistol (upgrades to a rapid-fire pistol) 3) 12 gauge shotgun (upgrades to a more powerful 10-gauge shotgun) 4) AK-47 (upgrades with a grenade launcher) 5) Laser (upgrades with a cruel flying laser flare) 6) Freezer (upgrades with a freezing bomb) What we have designed already and are working on: 1) Lightsaber (will let deflect bullets, projectiles) 2) Chainsaw (upgrade throws circular saw blades) 3) Microwave gun (upgrade lets fry bigger and wider area) 4) Electrocute gun (powered with shock bomb after an upgrade) 5) Imp gun (pulls souls out of bodies) 6) Satanic run (creates a local singularity that sucks nearby enemies in) 7) Sonic blast cannon (upgrade is area of effect) 8) Acid thrower gun (melts enemies like in Predator series movies) 9) Monomolecular lash (cuts into pieces, upgrade also adds net) Tell us what you think on new weapons and how do you like the pictures of existing *** So, The Weapons *** Knife elegantly kills. Katana cuts into several pieces. Pistol - most simple weapon, might require several shots to kill. Golden pistol, upgrade - kills tough enemies faster due to more rapid fire. Shotgun may kill several enemies explodes enemies on close shot. 10 gauge shotgun shrapnel spreads to a wider area. AK-47 is AK-47. AK-47 upgraded with a grenade launcher does cruel things. Laser cuts everything on a path of its ray. Extremely evil laser flare imminently moves trough all levels splitting all enemies apart. Freezer makes enemies to break apart like a glass as soon as they become zero cool ice. Freezing grenade freezes all in its area of effect, including traps and environment.
Weapon idea: Shrink Ray - shrinks enemies and then you step/run over them; upgrades to a Inflate Gun which inflates their bodies so full they burst.
Oh wow. That all looks amazing! I can't wait to see all this new stuff!! I assume it will be a lot of builds before we see all that stuff in the beta, right?

Actually that the only weapon we already discussed and started drawn yesterday before my post that I missed in the list. If I won't know you aren't a part of our team, I would suspect you to be - as it seems our minds are synced on this subject Thanks! Yep. Now as the lead Joan dev is back from his short vacation we are back up to normal speed. We are moving quite fast. I think new build each 10 days or so. And we expect most stuff to be ready by the end of Sept.
lol, nice and that's awesome to hear that you've already started on it. Here's another suggestion, let's see if our brains are in-sync with one another: Gas gun (Fart gun? lol ) - You launch grenades at the enemies and they turn green from choking. Upgrades to: You launch warhead like missiles at enemies and when they explode they disperse thousands of nanomites that eat away the flesh from the enemies bodies within the range level like the laser upgrade (the nanomites are like those from the first GI Joe movie). And then see these one in your list, but you might have it already discussed: Flamethrower: Your typical flamethrower (perhaps go with the old school World War looking flamethrowers). Upgrades to: The same flamethrower, but with napalm used instead (that melts away the enemie's flesh from their body).

Yep, as I wrote before same wavelength I'd like to see gauntlets as well. We already planned a "bloodlust" boost where Joan will smash enemies with just bare hands - yet, gauntlets would be a cool option. Bloodlust also give her invulnerability for the time of the effect. So, since the last beta we did quite much of things. Implemented some new weapons like Satanic Gun and more. Yet most of our work was about optimization and bug fixing. So, we decided to postpone a next beta roll out for a week or two, until we will put more content into the beta to make it look more like a game with levels, some UI and so on. Tonight I'm posting more screenshots on weapons. And not to let you get bored, tonight we are rolling out a beta build for our another game, Little Boat River Rush, for all our beta program participants - hope you will like it. So, the screenshots: 1) Imp gun A powerful speel based weapon, creates a black hole into a dark world of death, that pulls sould and blood our of enemies. 2) Satanic gun An upgraded version of Imp gun where the black hole into the dark dimension is shot to fly and clean up the level in front of Joan. 3) Acid gun Strikes with acid that melts enemies, or, upgraded spawns a bunch of headcrabs, that spit acid all over the level. 4) Microwave gun 5) Mono-molecular lash (and net as an upgrade) 6) Circular saw (upgraded strikes with circular saw disks) 7) Lightning cannon Tazes enemies with chain lightning, or when upgraded can send a ball lightning to clean up the level before Joan. And one more thing, lightsaber. Works same as katana, but is better. Deflects bullets. Lightsaber throw as an update.
