I've cocked up and bought the iPhone version of orris, didn't know about the hd version garhhhh, anyone know if apple will refund, or will it be just as much fun on the mini the way it is?
Apple has always refunded me when I request it, but I've been buying apps for ~ 5 years. I've spent literally thousands of bucks over the years, and oly requested a refund three times. Actually they always give me a refund + bonuses. Last time I got refund + 3 free movie rentals, before that was refund + 3 free song d/l's. With that being said, most iPhone games play pretty well in 2X mode. That's how I'm playing wingdot (? Is that the right name?)

+1 for this. I wasn't a SH fan. I actually prefer GV to SH. It's a bit slower, which I think is a change for the better. Don't take that to mean it isn't difficult. I still suck at it, but at least I can play longer than the 7 seconds my SH "games" lasted.
Here's a question All these games were mentioning... Which ones have you guys actually finished? I can honestly say I don't think I've finished any of the super difficult ones we've mentioned in this and the BX thread, other than Kid Tripp. Has anyone beaten Boson X? If so, how many levels are there? I've out probably an hour or hour and a half into it, and I'm still on the fourth level. Lol. I'm sort of amazed I love these games, considering how inadequate I generally am at them. Platformers I'm good at, but these twitch games...it hurts. It hurts so good though.
Thought it was a new game, but looks like it just changed to add stuff like ads. Wonder why that toucharcade bot puts up old games alot. Is it cause this game was rereleased?
Finish? What does that word mean? Level based games like 14px and Pitman, I progress through them...slowly. I'm kind of a completionist with these kinds of games. So I won't progress from a level till I have the three star score or collected the extra pickups. Games like 1001, Boson X, Hexagon...I doubt Ill ever finish them --- Oh, another recommendation: Orborun, it's like the SMB of ball rollers
I fully intend to beat Duet one day. I'm close, I think. The thing I like about Duet and Boson X, is I can always feel myself improving. I'm also REALLY LOVING octagon too. How far are you in that Andy? Would you guys say its easier or harder to beat than BX?
Duet game is a great game. Have to think Duet Game is easier, I've gotten really far with not that much time in. Boson x requires alot more memorization and experience, so I say that one.
The logo is a red ball not a cloud, you have to move your red dot and collect hearts, but there are different enmy types and walls and lasers etc that you have to navigate around to reach the goal if the big heart, crashing through walls loses you time and you need to move in beat with the music, it's been compared to beat sneak bandit but I never ever got the hang of that game. https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/beat-leap/id650726544?mt=8 Edit, just got what you meant by the cloud logo lol.
No, I mean there was a cloud instead of "FREE". In other words, I've already played it, but don't remember it.
Another one I'd like to mention, which isn't a fast-paced game...but it has minimal graphics and is one of my all-time favorite games on any platform: Edge Extended I usually revisit that game every 3 months or so, and I've been doing that for probably 2 years or so.
Let me rephrase my statements. I didn't recognize the games name. I thought I'd never heard of it. When I went to dl it, I realized I'd already d/l'd it before. I still don't really remember it though. So yeah. EDGE Extended If any of you guys haven't played it...I can't recommend it any higher. (TA as well, as they 5-Starred it)
