I know this isn't GTA, but will there be a penalty system for attacking people in ravensword 2? or a system that tells how much the guards will try to kill you?

lol that's good! they have more time to add mor awesome stuff to it. but, how would you be able to download a beta?
I would imagine that they would give you a download link to the Unity EXE file. That or they show up at your doorstep with flowers and cookies with a USB
The cookies aren't for you of course, they will eat them while you accept the flowers and USB stick. Seriously though the way most betas work is either the devs use testflight and you basically just hit install on the testflight web page and it will download the app or game to your device, or the devs will send you the .ipa file and mobile provision (I think that's the file that checks if your device is one that is allowed to have that game instaled) wich you coppy into iTunes and then sync to your device like any other app.
