Actually I have no clue how I'm in the winners bracket. I spent virtually no time yesterday or the day before playing...completely forgot about it. Made no effort to contact my counterpart. I *did* get a friend request from him this morning though, which means he tried harder than I did. I think I bit off more than I could chew. Is anyone willing and capable to replace me in the tourny? My Monday and Tuesday nights are becoming a LOT busier than I thought, what with DevCon so close. Halp!

That's my memory. Good matches Mooken. I really enjoyed them and think we ended up 10-10 including all the extra Friendlies. You've got a lot of variety in your game. I tried to keep up with using different characters but there are still a good handful that I'm just not comfortable with (sadly, even though I was good with them in the arcades, I feel clueless with Ken/Ryu these days). Hope we can do it again sometime.

ok cool. one more question. if you you drop into the losers bracket and then win the rest of your matches, do you go into the grand final with winner of the winners bracket? im assuming yes, but just asking cos it isnt set out like that. and also in the grand final do we just play first to three games, or does the person coming from losers bracket have to reset it first? edit: oh and when will you be up for our matches? im gonna be at school for the next few hours and then i have to do some stuff, but 12 hours after this post, and for the next 8 hours after that ill be at home. all gets a bit confusing with these time zones :S
Yes, if you end up in the loser's bracket and win all the matches, you will end up in the grand finals. It is set out like that, maybe you're not seeing the whole bracket? "Championship matches will consist of Best 3-of-5 3 round matches." Regardless if it's the 1st round of the grand finals or the 2nd round, both will consist of best out of 5. As for our match, just invite me when you can. I'll most likely be available since it will be really late at night here. Tell your brother to halt the torrent downloading? I wanna see if our connection gets better that way even though we're pretty much on opposite sides of the planet.
