      Skater Nation had nice happy colours, sunny landscapes etc. and cartoon looking people.
      This has more realistic (obviously) looking people and scenery.

      So the two games are very different so different people will like different ones.

      The graphics look decent at the moment, probably as good as FIFA10's.

      Right now, this is the game I'm most hotly anticipating. If anybody played Skate It on the DS, you know that it was a really decent attempt at cramming the full console experience into a small package. Yeah the graphics were kinda crappy, but that's usually what you get in a 3D open world game on the DS. But the gameplay itself and content on the cartridge were fantastic. The only thing that soured the experience for me was having to use a combination of d-pad and stylus (which is a big turn off for me with lots of DS games, it's just uncomfortable and unnatural).

      Now, based on these screenshots, it looks like they're upping the graphics quite a bit. And if the flickit controls translate well to the touch screen, then I'll be totally in heaven.

      If they're controls are anywhere as good as Skater Nation's, then it's passable.

      EA knows how to make amazing skating games. Don't care about graphics as long as the gameplay is great.

      I wouldn't call FIFA10's controls 'good'.

      Yeah. The controls aren't the best. However, it seems as if it's one of those games where when you get used to the controls you'll love the game. It'll probably be hard at first, but I'm still looking forward to it.

      the controls look like crap i think i will wait for tony hawk 2 and pay like 2 or 3 dollars more if not the same

      Well I do agree, and hope we get option for a virtual joystick, but once you download this you may think different. Sometimes you judge to quick to relize that you like something. I will buy this either way as it's next to best(Tony hawk) for iphone.

      Im not gonna waste 7-10 dollars on this game just to see if i will like the controls after a while. Tony hawk 2 looks awesome and the controls look way better so i think these guys can learn a few things from my friend tony

      i was going to get this until i saw the controls.....EA lost at least one sale
