Thanks for the list of balls @cranker. Like coconutbowling I also have the steel ball. It's one with a special effect. When you play using the steel ball sparks trail off it. Very cool effect.
I've got the Sun Ball, Dino Egg and several others with cool effects. The only one I don't have is the Unicorn ball-I wonder what it's effect is?
I hope they add more balls soon...............lol I have them all There should be some added regularly.
Anybody have all the achievements? I have 4 to go, with one of them being buying the sub which all I need to do is get like 50k more tickets lol. Then I need to hit all 50's, get 6k points and 8k points. The only one I don't think I'll get is that 8k score. I've notices some people on the leaderboards have gotten it, it just seems so impossible.
Sounds like you're doing really well! I've got most the balls, and the easy achievements. Got several more to go and of course all the expensive items. It will take me forever to get enough tickets for the sub and New Zealand. I also can't get the ball in every hole in a game one and for some reason all the 50s. I'm finding the 50s harder to get consistently than the 100s.
I'd like to know too. I found the dinosaur egg ball and sun ball effects to be disappointing. I don't like them as much as the others. So far my favourite balls are the steel ball and the Graveck ball. The steel ball has sparks and the Graveck ball has a cool blue/black flame trailing behind it.
Yeah, I lucked out and bought NZ before the update where they raised the price of it. I agree about 100's being easier, I got that achievement after just a few days. I've gotten 8 out of 9 all 50's (where the final ball was the one that missed so I got to have my dreams crushed in slow-mo), but I try over and over every day. *sigh* One day... *shakes fist* And I agree about the steel ball, it's my favorite too. The sparks look awesome. Haven't gotten the Graveck ball yet, maybe after I spring for the sub I'll pick it up.
Oooh! Ooooh! Oooohhh! *jumps excitedly from foot to foot* I just got the unicorn ball! It's cool in a kitch kinda way. It's flourescent pink and trails a small pinky yellow flame that sheds miniature rainbows! And if you look closely the ball has a star shadow! Very cool.
That was my long time favorite, for that reason. I liked having the trail behind, sometimes it helped you know if you needed to tilt in a certain direction or not. The Pinkerton or whatever one is good for that as well. Ohmagawd I want that now!!
Unicorn ball is 5,000 tickets. Steel ball was much less and the Earth ball less again. I tried to take screenshots of the balls in action. Harder to do than I thought. But for all those wondering about what these balls look like in acton, here you go:
Just go this today as I love skee-ball myself. Although I like real prizes. Did the developers ever think of giving out like promo codes for other games for high scores?
