It's already in the this thread. The F2P system in the previous Sky Force was a success both for ID and their players. Don't fix what's not broken.
Phew, good to read. Thanks. Due to a brand new 5s replacement from my store (last year), i took the chance for a whole new setup. Sky Force was whiped out, too. In anticipation to the new game, i re-downloaded SF2014, and everything was in place as when i left it. Restore purchases worked flawlessly, too. Great icloud job! Oh, please Peter, make sure to have an overwhelming final battle AND cut-scene this time. I just finished stage 8 to to be disappointed again about the non existant but truly deserved longer final cut-scene.
I played the last Sky Force endlessly. So excited that we're getting another installment. Can't wait!

I cannot wait for the release of this game. I'm still playing the previous iOS edition, imo the best shmup on iOS by a long shot.
Your steam greenlight page makes seem like it will be premium on PC. If that is the case then I'll just buy it there, have no time for F2P shenanigans.
If they choose the same F2P solution in this game as they did in their previous game, it'll be extremely fair. For a fair price you get the full game, so there's no reason to rave and moan over that!
I hope this is true, as someone who is first came across Skyforce 2014 just back in December, the cards are infuriating. I have sank hours and hours into this game and just this morning I earned enough stars for the final upgrade to the plane. The very next level I get the gold card for 10% off upgrade prices.... Completely useless. Great game otherwise! Only high excitement for the new one.
