FYI the PC version has dropped in price before, I got it for $8 USD from $30. It is still worth the full iPad asking price though. Re Lord Gek, I will check later.
Games Workshop are very good at making money and no mistake. When I was kid 30 years ago I could just about afford and small 40K army. Now I'm a grown up with a decent income I can still only afford a small 40K army.
Haha so true, I could afford a better collection of 40k figures back 10-15 years ago than I could these days, the price of the miniatures these days is crazy, which is why I turned to the space hulk card game and warhammer quest (I like blood bowl on 360 too) also why I'm looking forward to space hulk on iPad so much.
No, I didn't mean anything like RPG continuity, I meant does the game have anything like a Hall of Fame or scoring to track your best runs of each mission.
There's loads of reviews of the PC game out there. Most of them pretty bad reviews though. From what I've read, it's much simpler than XCOM, can't speak for Arma, I bought it, read the reviews, and didn't play it. I'm going to read some indepth impressions here before buying this, as the reviews I've read of the PC edition have been pretty negative, for a variety of reasons.
What the hell. Went to log into my Aussie iTunes to get this and it says something like wrong Apple ID use another. It's definitely right. With ios 7 there is no option under settings itunes and store to change your country. I think I may be stuck in the US one as I do have an account there too. Yeah stuck in USA store. All good. Downloading. Don't know where people are getting the nearly 4gb download. It only shows 1.9gb on mine.

Right I'm off to play see you guys in the future some time.
There are three IAP campaigns for Space Hulk: Messenger of Purgatory $3.98 Sword of Halcyon $5.98 Defilement of Honor $5.98 Is the Messenger of Purgatory really short since it is cheaper than the other two? Are these IAP unlocks or IAP installs?
