Oh and Blue Monday is only a placeholder. Licensing that is waaaay out of my budget. ! That IS the type of music I'm going for however. So hopefully I can retain that feeling.
Been playing this on and off since the update and yeah, I really like it. The style's lovely and I like how different ships have different movement/attack patterns/ways to shoot them The new controls are very nice indeed. It's relative touch, but I also like the way you can swipe to move at the same time. So I've been using relative touch to avoid bullets, then swiping up to reach powerups quickly. Works really well! I look forward to seeing where this goes for sure! QS =D
Looks like it plays well on the phone. Nice touch with the debris floating about piece by piece and detaching/disappearing. *detach is weird word or is just past my bedtime?

Hi all \o/ Here's some more Starseed info. WHAT IS STARSEED THE GAME? Starseed is a retro-inspired shmup for iOS. Starseed started out as a modern tribute to the C64 game Uridium and evolved from there. WHAT IS STARSEED THE SHIP? The Starseed is the name of the ship you control in the game. The Starseed can morph to change its appearance and tech. After each stage the Starseed will morph into a new shape and learn a new weapon type. HOW TO PLAY? Pilot the Starseed and defeat the spinning space dreadnoughts. Survive long enough to lock orbit, down shields, and destroy the docked ships. Each vanquished dreadnought brings a new Starseed form and a new weapon type. ANYTHING ELSE? Starseed can be played either vertically or horizontally. Its up to you. The game will compensate automatically. You dont even need to pause the action. Yes! the dreadnoughts are named after metal bands. Sure why not? ! P.s.
