There was an older guy in a suit representing Capcom speaking Japanese to a translator. The translator said in english that he said it will become available by the end of this month...who knows.

I'm a little underwhelmed by the most recent gameplay video (but a Sim uppercut?) and am very disappointed to see talk about buying in-game upgrades in the STP article.

 

Must be the launcher youre talking about. Every character gets a launch move that suspends the opponent in the air long enough for their teammate to tag in and do some more damage.
