    Oh, I see. Then I guess that it's better to use Cross Art with the main character. But I don't understand why Ryu +10% and Kaz +33%. Ryu isn't that powerful, while Kaz can do some awesome combos.

    Other notable dmg changes:

    Ryu
    cr.hp: 90 -> 70
    cr.mk: 40 -> 50
    donkey: 90 -> 80

    Nina
    j.p: 70 -> 90

    Kaz
    st.hp: 90 -> 70
    j.p: 100 -> 90
    cr.mk: 60 -> 50
    cr.hk: 90 -> 80
    j.k: 70 -> 60

    King
    b+k: 60 -> 70


    I have no idea about the frame data comparing the previous ver to the current one, but most abc seem to have more recovery.

    Haven't looked yet, but I remember that on 1.00.02, the strings were encrypted and I'm guessing it will be the same way on this ver too.

    Pfft, we should mention Dhalsim. I would think he would also have a 33%, but he only gets 10%.....

    Start working with p p p sp sp sp >p (16 hit combo) very effective! I also used him only 2 times, I go to sleep now. Tomorrow I will try and discover more powerfull combos.

    I just played a rank game and the sp button didn't work the whole game... Took me a while to realize luckily I was playing a noob. :)

    that's happened to me before too, definitely one of the weirder glitches!
    Not really feeling the graphic changes but LOVE how much easier it is to find a smooth match. Capcom really injected some life back into this game with the update :)

    You can link super midscreen after patriot circle x3. (Console is corner only). But the damage scaling makes it terrible.

    The best follow up after patriot circle x3 is k,k,launch. No follow up after. Make sure you hit the first k late.

    In the corner you can do k,k, cr k, cr k

    I played against King this morning and it felt like his abc had less recovery, not more. Maybe it was just early morning reaction times.

    I think they tweaked how the connection works adding more lag input for smoother frame rate b/c i noticed i couldn't land abc with hit confirms as much now.

    I thought that was just me! I was mashing abc patriot circles and more than a few times the abc didn't come out or I would drop some amount of patriot circles...

    I had that same issue. I would sometimes Crossout. That would be painful :(

    Oh my god! The back plus sp the heitachi is linkable with down k cross art/super max dmg 508 with kazuya as the second character. I love the defensive offensive idea of that move. More characters should have it.

    Good job in the end capcom. Do you guys think they read this thread?

    smoother the connection may due to the matching now divided into region/area!?

    Oops...it seems unlock high level Pandora box no longer depends on Rank LV?
    While I max out LV4 Immense Power, LV5 automatically unlocked...anyone can confirm?

    Distance of Kaz's crouching mk definitely shorter than before. (or the hit box become smaller)
    After blocking Ryu crouching hk, Kaz no longer able to punish with crouching mk > combos.
    Close distance blocking Ryu's Hadoken also can't punish with it.

    And, after blocking Rising Sun (4 hits MID), punish with f+hp > combos also become not stable than before.

    I need to revise my fighting strategy...:(

    Kaz's crouch mk is definitely one of the thing that made him OP... Something has to be balanced off.
