LOL. I didn't even know that. I played it for a bit. Enjoyed it and went to download the full version and it wouldn't let me. Sooooo......guess I'll have to redownload that free one again if it's got all the content (minus whatever bonuses you get).
I think a lot of people won't want to be playing it because it really is a super long and complicated RPG, and mobile gamers tend to sway towards the shorter/casual side of things. Well, at least that's why I don't even bother trying it out cause I hate long RPGs. (I have some shorter ones like Heroes Call though).
Yes, thanks echoseven, and merry xmas all! My vote is close, Ravensword Final fantasy Anomaly korea Pudding monsters Ronin
About Love and Hate and the other Ones HD (perfect on the iPad) Lost Treasures of Infocom (very well ported by code mystics again) Super Mega Worm vs Santa 2 (Festive iCade-tastic) Journey Down Episode One (jaw droppingly beautiful - the music is stupendous) The Lords of Midnight (again brautifully and fantastically ported - too complicated when I was a boy so now i'm getting my chance) Autumn Walk (made with love, care and excellent humour) Sorry that's six. Merry Christmas all at TA etc.
Ravensword 2 Lost treasures of infocom As for ravensword I think people like short games but also some long epic ones. One great thing about iOS is the variety. Ive tried the game and love it. Exceptional game
Don't agree with that. Look at touch arcades game of the year - waking mars - bug game. Baldurs gate is popular. Another huge game. Walking dead has been getting a lot of press for game of the year also. It's not the late 90s where mobile games were always short. People love larger games as its great value for money With 'super long' games you can save your progress! It's just like a platformer with 100 levels which you go back to time and time again
Gonna be a VERY hard pick for me this week... Alphadia 2 has me completely hooked... So much so that I decided to quit playing 6 hours into it so that I could go back and play through the first Alphadia again so that the whole story is fresh in my mind... Ronin has turned into my go-to game... And I've sunk around 3 hours into it now... Which, considering its a runner, and came out only a couple days ago... Is a HUGE thing for me. Anomaly Korea is AWESOME! The new mechanics, enemies and units are so freakin great... It's everything I was hoping the sequel to AWE would be. I also bought FFIV, but haven't even touched it because I'm still in the middle of FFII, and need to play through the rest of that, and then FFIII before actually starting on it. So I guess that's a good thing, cause if I started FFIV already, there'd be an even harder decision ahead of me... Anyway... Gonna be a hard pick... That's all... Great week!
Right now, if they both get enough votes to make it on the ballot, it's between Alphadia 2 and Elements Defender. Pudding Monsters is good too but the other two have sucked up my time. Alphadia 2 is another top notch Kemco RPG. But even though it wasn't meant to play on a 3GS, I've been totally addicted to Elements Defender. Outstanding graphics and love it's seamless merge between tower defense and RPG. If it wasn't so damn fun I wouldn't have bothered to play through the occasional crash (runs smooth as butter on the 3GS otherwise). Definately the surprise release of the week for me.
Poll is up, guys. Last of the year, wonder if it will be the lowest voter turnout ever? Also, Merry Christmas, guys. WOOOOO, PARTAY!
