As much as I love Bat, and how I believe he should be a mod, Kijib should definitely be bestowed power first. A dual moderation induction would be appropriate though.

(ROFL) Seriously. if we had a day where all of the seniors became mods and all of the mods became seniors... whoa! Who would get banned first? Of course Bat and Shiz would be admins.
