Yea he gave me a key and said the sword is on a shelf and that's it's south of the crypt but can't find it
As you are standing before, just before, the door to the Beast, turn left and tap or hit that wall. You reveal a shelf. Then you get the sword. It is the only thing that can kill the Beast. Since this isn't the Official Expansion thread, I don't mind posting these Spoilers.

When i bought this game when it came out i was so excited about this. but when i first started to play it, it was so confusing to me. I had no idea what to do. I would just walk around in a weird town without knowing what to do. How do i kno what to do next? You guys think i should give this another chance? I would totally play this again if i knew what to do. I just have no idea what so ever. It doesnt even tell me where to go. If anyone could help me how i kno what to do and if you guys would convince me to play this game again ill be happy XD
my question is in there lol. I have no idea what to do when i start the game. i havent played since this was released so i dont remember alot. How do i find out what to do next? Theres like no map except the minimap right? I just want to kno how to find out what im supposed to do next. like, i dont think it tells me where to go next.

Just let me know where you are and I'll try to help. The first thing you need to do when you start the game is go to the inn and get the stuff you need to enter the governor's palace. Then talk to him. You can get quests in the gov's palace and all around Eldfell. To get to Thule you have to find the teleporter in a hot place and have to remember to close the door behind you before you go to the land where the horrible zombies live so you don't let them get into Eldfell. Try to describe where you are in enough detail and I will be happy to help you. But right now am celebrating one brave hero's finish and am going to sleep. : ) And tomorrow during the day am spending with family. Back tomorrow night. : ) The Isles is really a little bit like an adventure story where you have to talk, talk, talk to everyone you can find but you also have to exercise and increase your skills like persuade. It's a nice challenge and if you need me I am here.
Ahhh! 'The Quest' deleted itself from my iPod because I refused to sync with my computer... Ahhh! Luckily, I was smart! I saved a backup, hopefully that'll bring my precious saved game back!

Oh, my god! I somehow posted twice. I hope nobody notices. Well, am getting creamed playing the current level for the standalone test version but as soon as that's solved, I suspect the game will go to Apple and since we don't have any obviously objectionable material, it should be soon. : )
