The atmosphere is amazing, are the controls classic FPS? Cause the one think it kind of annoyed me in Chapter 1, is that you couldn't move backwards nor sideways.
Yes classic fps controls now.(backwards and strafe) In the new update to chapter one the controls were upgraded with backwards and strafe too so you can get an idea of what it will be like from that although they have been improved even more for chapter 2 I would be keen to see what people think of the control update to chapter one so if you get te chance give I ago. (it's only a 47mb download now).

Well I think there will be enough space for the both of us and we are still different enough. and with the way the appstore is priced it rarely going to come down to buy one game or another. Most people can afford both. I was actually worried when I did chapter one that we would end up releasing on the same day.
There seems to be a mysterious silence surrounding The Woods Chapter 2 that I find uneasy despite being appropriate to the content.
