    Holy CRAP! Insta-buy!!

I have $10 right now and between this, the upcoming Gameloft games, Pro Zombie Soccer and a few others, I'm going to be well in debt.

And to add to it it's my favorite THPS game! I've spent too many hours playing it on my N64 back when it was new, and playing it on my iPod will be insane...

BTW: Looking at the screens, I don't see any buttons for switching stance/going to nollie stance. I'm assuming you just tap the icons. Any info on this?

    That's because it was a PS1/N64 game...

You mean, the ones on the iPhone?

EDIT: Alright, to be fair, it looks like the second screenshot has been digitally darkened.

You know this is one of tje highest rated games ever?

I bought a PS2 just to play this and THPS1, and so far this is my most anticipated iPhone game ever, there is no question that it will be the best...

...except from controls. If the controls are nailed then this will be the best app ever. Seriously, if you haven't played the game before, you may be wondering why I am pissing myself here but THPS2 is easily possibly my favourite game ever, it's only rival it's prequel.

Gameloft did an excellent job with Skater Nation, so let's see if Activision can beat it.

Who knows. If this game is successful, then Activision may release Pro Skater 3.

What are you comparing this to? It looks just like the graphics from the original

TBH Skate It looks like crap lol

skater nation has laggy controls, the video of THPS2 for iphone (the vid from last year) looks pretty damn smooth. hopefully the final version will look as smooth as that

i just realized i quoted the same person 3 times lol

Skate It will pale in comparison to this if activision nail the controls. This us better than 3, but 1 is cemented in my gaming soul for ever, and probably is the best game ever.

If the controls work this is the best thing ever. Though i hope they don't cut the music like they did on the 64 just to lower the file size. I want the full soundtrack with Papa Roach and RATM.

I assuming that turning for tricks is done by tilting the device. If that's the case these controls should be fine.

I guess it's wrong of me to expect Dreamcast level graphics though. :-/ But this honestly looks like a PS1 port.

And I'd rather lose the sountrack if it means I'll get the create a park feature too.

Umm, it is. TH2 was originally a ps1 game. The dreamcast version was a ps1 port.

Awesome! THPS2 was THE Game! On PS1 and on DC!

I could have honestly taken THPS2 or 2X, tossed them in their respective systems and glued the lids shut. I cannot wait for this to drop, awesome retro memories and great gameplay.

Bring it on! Oh and keep the soundtrack exactly the same as it was please. kthxbye
