Good point and good game! Unfortunately, can't squeeze it in. I got NINE of this week's releases and there wasn't a single bad one in the bunch. And I haven't even gotten Mines of Mars!

At one point we discussed allowing updates to be eligible for Game of the Week consideration, I think it's a good idea but most didn't. Miss Claire Garden's a real gem that deserved credit for the update after all this time.
I think one of the reasons we decided against it was that it would be very subjective about which games had a big enough update to be considered. Games like Repulze or the massive overhauls of the Sonic games and Miss Claire Garden are great, but if people started nominating every time a game had an update - no matter what it was - it could get out of hand. Lots of games have content updates. Hell, the Angry Birds games had lots of big level updates. I agree with the principle of recognizing the hard work of large updates that significantly change a game - some even change a mediocre game with lots of bugs to an awesome one. Yet I think it could get hairy and games could get nominated over and over.
Sink is beating me in Newton and Roger in Microtrip. Those games are obviously broken beyond repair. Just kidding, I've enjoyed both of those games very much and they each are deserving of my nomination. Microtrip plays very well on iPad despite not being Universal. Just had a momentary brain freeze. Fixed. Thanks guys.
I know the voting is over, but I would have to say that Smash Hit, Bloo Kid 2, Frontline Commando 2, Devious Dungeon, and Block Fortress War are my favorites this week.
