I'll be happy to see many more users online now but I can't help but feel a little burned about the huge price change, but the game is well made so paying for it was worth it to support the devs.
I often wait for a few reasons: 1. Too many other $.99 and free games on my phone. 2. iPhone games sometimes launch buggy. It's best to wait and see if a patch clears things up. 3. There could be a quick price drop. If I truly want a game I do not wait! I got MvC2, Max Payne and Metal Slug 3 immediately at their launches. Edit: mentioned raising population, but this thread has covered that enough.
The game is awesome and the AI is truly balanced and fair. Best 3rd person shooter non-campaign game on the appstore.
Your telling me...I've only used my current iTunes account for 1/3 of the time I've owned iOS devices, and I only began using iTunes (the program) late last year (it ate my iPod a couple times). I have it open right now and it says I have 9,337 apps
Yea...I made myself a list of commandments for buying iOS apps... -never buy an EA or Gameloft games until it goes on sale -only buy universal apps -never buy two of the same apps (one for iPhone and one for iPad) -never buy paid freemium "paidmium" games (Dead Trigger) -wait for major sales (annual crazy Christmas) -dont believe in "exclusive cheap launch sale" (bought Dead Rally for $5 and it turned $1) -Angry Birds...nough said -Weigh apps with iCloud support higher than those that don't -see if devs are planning future updates (Infinity Blade II )
It is a TPS aka 3rd person shooter nota FPS aka 1st person shooter. I hate when people can't recognize the difference. . Its not rocket science people.
