You can always just swim back to the beach once you have the egg and the thing to get into the temple.
on the map it looks like all mountains are blocking my path......so I can get back to the land by swimming from Drake Island? Then why would Sunclaw need to fly you there if you can swim there?
If I remember, it's just for convenience. Im pretty sure you can swim back and forth though, in case you killed sunclaw before the quest. You'll be happy with drake, no falling off
the human verson is in the royal quaters and the demon verson is on mt shadowspire after you use that thing you get from the temple of azra on him
Like Paradiso said, you can swim back and forth. Once you run into the cliffs while swimming just start swimming left along the cliffs and you'll hit the beach soon enough.
A side note though, sunclaw did come back for me, at the same spot I got dropped off. There was no cutscene or anything though, just popped up next to me once I found the right spot.
I'm experiencing the exact same thing. I've enterd the crypt a dozen times, whacked all the ghost guards, and gotten electrocuted every time but once. That one time I got past the lightning I spoke with the queen, learned what I needed to and got fried on the way out. Now I can't get past the lightning again to get to the queen. Is there something here I'm missing? This part is not fun anymore.
Watch the blue things one the walls. I don't remember exactly how I got past it, but the when the blue things are at a certain point, you can walk through eithout getting fried.
I'm having a little problem with The Plan quest. I was told to go get the Scepter of Hammara. I went to speak with Tierne or whatever her name was. She told me that Sunclaw has sealed the entrance (I went there to see there was a lv100 lock) and Sunclaw only tells me it doesn't want to speak to me. The Plan is the only quest on my list now. Giant Den and the castle near it are the only places I haven't thoroughly explored nor have I done any quests in those places.
You have to go along the coast from where Tierne is down to the Smuggler's Cove. Along the way you'll find a dead drake, loot it. Go back and talk to Sunclaw, then talk to Tierne again, then get yuma seeds, get the key to the temple and continue along your quest
You just need to notice that the blue lightning thing is moving up and down and when it is moved up you can walk through, when it's down you can't.
He is not in the royal quaters and I've killed the demon before I have received the quest - I'll be beamed back to royal quarter whenever I enter shadowspire... Is the main quest broken?
Powerfull spells, maximum skills and fast fingers... The story board tells me that he is dead but my story goes on...
