Really enjoying this game, the animations are super fluid and the sense of tension is great.

Haven't had any problems till I hit level 1-11. There's a part just after you come out of the office building where the guy you're following seemingly disappears. You then scale a wall and have a massive jump where it kills you every single time and the guy who disappeared is now there again. Wtf?! Any advice would be great.

So wait, as of now, how does the game stand as far as iAP go? Is it ruined? The free one is really fun minus the massive pay wall, but it says "more money" in the full version.

I fired the game up today as i bought the HD version the other day, and somehow, the coins gain is much better since the update that dropped the coins gain.

Why did no one ever say anything about the update that changed the coins gain back to where it was in the first version?

As far as i can tell from the few stages ive gone through, IAP doesnt look required.

I am angry at myself for rage-deleting the app off my library so i missed any updates on the game.

It's just a little frustrating that no one posted about the improved coins gain update, whenver that was.

Looking back, everyone listened to you. Also, I think they never dropped to coin rate. They just switched it to the stars you earn.

Not really the stars have always been there... I remember it now. I didnt update because somebody said an update reduced the value of coins. Then later on ended up deleting the game out of frustration.

So... It's all good now? I'd definitely be interested in getting it.

Ive only played the HD version now, and it seems pretty fair. Damn me and that guy who said the coins gain was reduced if it never was.

I said it as well as others and it was.
Go re read the thread. A coin pick up gave you 50 coins. It switched to ten.
As far as I know it still stands at ten. They may or may not have more pick ups now. I'm not too interested in checking. In order to get the moves that you would need to complete the levels you will do a MASSIVE amount of replaying or pay cash for IAP.
If I'm wrong in any way I'd love to know it. The game was really fun. I can't be bothered to give it another go unless someone cares to tell me you get enough in game currency to actually buy in game items.
    Cheers.

You're right it's still at a 10 coins per pickup. Maybe I suck at the game a lot more than before that i had to replay a stage a few times to complete at 3 stars, which is why im getting a decent amount of coins.

I'll just keep on playing the game for now and see how far it takes me before it feels like i have to grind for coins. Right now, i dont think i have to yet, because replaying for 3-stars provide a decent amount of coins already. The non-acrobatic moves feel too expensive though.

If I buy the "full" version, does it include GameCentre achievements and if so, how many?

I mentioned earlier in the thread.

    In world 1:
    1st star = 100 coins. 2nd star = 150. 3rd = 250
For bonus levels, double that for each star.

    In world 2:
    1 star = 150, 2 star = 250, 3 star = 400 (or 500, I can't remember)
For bonus levels, double that for each star.

Please do yourselves and get this game. It is not too shabby and you have to be mighty precise and do some explorations to 3 star all levels!!! Of course, not forgetting the brilliant stunts and tricks performed!

    You've got the right idea.
It's kind of a tricky one to nail - you need to go into a slide almost as soon as you land on that platform, then you should fall into that hole without grabbing at the ledge above you. Then you can follow him along the low route.
Love, love, love that level, though yes, it is kind of "wtf" the first couple of times you play it.

Superb game overall. Derivative, yes, but still beautifully designed. Much, much better thought out than Polara, for my money.

Right on. I don't recall if pre-update you got coins for stars. I don't think you did. If you get them for beating levels you've already beaten, that makes the grind a lot less. Or is it only if you get a higher rank than previously done on that level?
Thanks for the info either way. I missed your first post.

    Update!
    1 new Construction
    8 new Techno Park levels

Still freaking love this game, first played it when it was a Facebook game, but IOS version is much better and seems more balanced.

If you enjoy Mirror's Edge, stylish runners (that aren't endless), challenging gameplay, and awesome parkour animations, this game is for you

Surprised to hear you say that. The one thing I actually like about this game is that there are so many different parkour moves in this game. Not just the standard timed jumps.

Don't get me wrong Cannabalt really started the runner trend. But aside from similarities in looks, this has way more depth.
