competition is good! can't wait to see how halfbrick will respond in the next update if this game is priced right i'll jump on it.

It's disgusting. "They're selling well, let's do the same!" It's one thing to copy a console game - good or bad, you're filling a hole in the market. But making a copy of a game that already exists on the iPhone?!?
I suppose you didn't buy Zombie Infection, NOVA, Let's Golf, Gangstar, and Modern Combat because they are all clones of games that sold well. If you did buy one then you have no reason to berate these devs. For all we know this game could have a full campaign mode and play much better than fruit ninja. The only similarity between them could be the slicing of thrown edibles and the title which is a play on their inspiration. It's way too early and there are too few details for people to be so uppity about it EDIT: I just wanted to say that I don't mean this as a personal attack. I just saying that lots of apps are based on the popularity of other games and that we should all hold off judgement til the game actually comes out
im totally unimpressed, Chillingo has made some good games that have same control, graphics, etc. but veggie samurai is like fruit ninja, complete rip off, and that annoys me, go find a real idea Chillingo
Totally agree with this. I don't mind games that copy console games but copying AppStore games are another thing.
Well, we need clones of console games on iPhone, but not clones of games we already have, QuantumSquid just changed the fruits to veggies and added multisclicing... Fruit Ninja will hopefully get this eventually + an iPad version or Universal Support... 'nuff said
