Looks more fun than Fruit Ninja tbqh. I'll buy it if it gets good reviews from slide to play and toucharcade, or if I like a Lite version.

I never trust slide to play reviews any longer

I saw the gameplay video, I'm in.

    That's review enough for me

Plus, Starball was great, so I trust the developer

Yeah these guys make great games and I'm dying to play this. I loved fruit ninja but this just looks like so much more.

I refuse to buy this game (like I refuse to buy any other game or piece of entertainment/art) based on the fact that it is completely soulless. It's one thing to take ideas from other people and improve upon it, but you've completely cloned it - going further than even Gameloft has (and they disgust me). On top of that, you're trying to take away what an indie studio has worked hard to achieve... not some massive company.

I understand the business decision, and I know we all want to make money, but integrity is important. Making such an obvious clone of someone else's game and then joking about it does not make it okay.

The App Store is full of sleazy business practices and you're only adding to that. Things like this have far-reaching effects on the industry, especially budding ones. Try and make the app store a better place, don't take steps backward.

Shame on you, Veggie Samurai Devs, for doing this.

I'm thinking 2.99 and I haven't gotten foosball HD yet either. I bought dominion HD and COD zombies HD yesterday and bit of them are phenomenal games especially dominion HD.

Any updates? I would think this would be out by now or at least in review.

Been in LA @ E3 show this past week and didn't have much time to check the forum.

Here's a Veggie Samurai HD update...

It had previously been "in review" last week but got rejected due a small issue with the orientation & screen flipping as per their guidelines. It was a quick fix and we were able to re-submit right away. It will be priced at $1.99.

Veggie Samurai HD is now currently "in review" status with Apple. Typically this only takes a couple of days. We are anticipating release to the app store mid next week.

Here's to some high scoring veggie slicing-dicing-combo mania very soon!! :D
