I can do that; just take 4000 MGs of tylenol and I'll be fine.

But I'd probably go with a stuffed vampire bat.

Just had to bump this thread to show off what I got for my Birthday yesterday ^.^

1968 Fender Coronado II Hollow-Body Bass Guitar (not a replica either!) In relatively great and fantastic condition for it's age. Need a tad bit of work (Cleaning, New Strings, New Machine Heads, Some wiring re-soldered) which is all fixable. I played it last night and even though if needs all that, it still sounds like a f*cking dream.

Thanks dude, I am definitely a proud owner... It's got an amazing sound. Can't wait to start using it more avidly when it's all fixed up.

It may be worthless, but I don't know anyone else who has a personally addressed, ~30 year old letter of game idea rejection from Atari written on their corporate leaderhead:

Well, I for one think it's pretty cool. Sucks it got rejected, but cool to have after all these years hahaha

Well since the thread has risen again I'll add a couple. Not the rarest around but fairly close. Most are collectors items:

First year production of G.I.Joe. with uniform, weapons, and original footlocker.

And around 50 first year production Hot Wheel cars that I keep in a couple of cushioned breif case's. I've been offered mega bucks but keep them out of sentimental reasons.
Joe and cars are still in great shape too.;)

I have a copy of the rare as unicorn nipples PS1 side-scrolling shoot'em up Harmful Park: Highbrow Gag and Pure Shooting. Check it out on ebay - goes for around £175 or $280. It's an awesome game. Also has one of the best names of any game out there.

I own three props from the SAW films that are pretty impressive:

one of the two Needle Keys used in the Needle Pit in SAW II
the only badge worn by Detective Matthews during the first act of SAW II
the only key that went down the drain at the beginning of SAW, the first prop of the series.

I'm very proud to have these. Certificates of authenticity signed by the producers and everything. I have verified the authenticity of all my props, but these are the ones that impress me and instill me with pride, the most.

    "Rare" stuff:

Signed photo of Evel Knievel (go figure), framed in my home office. I guess that's the rarest. Never actually met him though.

My original Winnie The Pooh stuffed doll from when I was a baby (he's over 40 now). No holes in it - of course, he was made in Brooklyn, NY. He's tough.

A ceramic bong I made in high school (about 1986, no I don't use it anymore!) with a little help from a few others in the class, including a future S.F. 49er Super Bowl ring wearer. I dunno, thought it was worth a mention. Don't know if I should say his name...wasn't Rice or Montana heh.

Probably my factory sealed, pristine version of Final Fantasy 1 for the original NES.

I'm keeping it stowed away for a long time! :)

    Doing nothing of importance.
    Somewhere
The full album version of Motionless in White's When Love Met Destruction. It was only to be officially released as an EP though another record label, but I have an early, full album version of that same EP through an earlier label.
